www.everlab.com.au/Joined Everlab, the preventive health clinic leveraging AI, when we were five engineers. Two years later I lead the Egypt-based team across five squads, owning the patient app, clinical dashboard, and the automation rails that keep operations predictable.
Key Contributions
- Built the patient task system, triage queues, and AI-generated observation calculations that clinicians rely on daily
- Integrated appointment booking with third-party providers plus Cal.com and Calendly to unify every scheduling flow
- Scaled our Fastify + GraphQL services (TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres) powering patient, clinician, and ops tools
- Led and mentored the Egypt team as we expanded from a single squad to five cross-functional pods
