Came in as the second engineer next to cofounder Filip to keep the beloved form builder snappy. I owned the performance cleanup, fixed long-standing bugs, and delivered the high-impact features users kept requesting.

Optimized the Next.js app shell and Node APIs to remove latency spikes and improve perceived load time
Burned down critical bugs and technical debt so the two-person engineering org could ship confidently
